I am a young professional in Cincinnati, Ohio, where my husband and I are trying to live a healthy, responsible, sustainable life.

All of the recipes you will find here are both gluten and grain free, and utilize whole food ingredients. Most will be dairy free as well, though occasionally yogurt, cheese, and heavy cream will find their way into my cooking (butter is used more often, but not exclusively). All of our gardening is done by trial and error, after doing all the research we can on what we are trying to grow.

Overall, I am interested in discovering and exploring all the ways that our lives are beautifully and tangibly bound to earth.
